Constructive Moves is recruiting for a national housing developer with new developments starting across the East Anglia region.
They are looking to appoint a Senior Technical Coordinator to manage multiple developments of traditional housing schemes at various stages of construction.
The duties may include:
1. Managing sites from design to post-completion, in line with the delivery programme.
2. Coordinating delivery of surveys and reports required for development and managing associated requirements from design to completion.
3. Managing the process of obtaining consultant fee proposals and formal appointment documents according to company procedures.
4. Coordinating consultants to deliver civil engineering designs, including legal plans and house type working drawing packs with ancillary designs.
5. Undertaking value engineering assessments and ensuring buildability is considered.
6. Coordinating submission of designs and securing technical approvals for agreements such as S104, S38, and S278, followed by timely completion of legal agreements.
7. Coordinating utility designs and initial mains laying onto the site, ensuring legal agreements are completed promptly.
