Sous Chef - Gibraltar Barracks Pay: £16.40 per hour ⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 Shift Pattern Early: 06:00 - 14:30 Late: 12:00 - 20:00 A mixture of early and late shifts Meal Service Times Breakfast: 06:30 - 08:00 Lunch: 12:15 - 13:30 Evening Meal: 17:30 - 18:30 We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our catering team at Gibraltar Barracks. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals within a professional Defence catering environment.
