Due to continued growth they are looking for a Technical Training Lead to join the team.</p><p>In this role you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training across systems, platforms and digital tools, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge and confidence to effectively support customers and utilise business systems. You will work closely with IT and operational teams, creating engaging learning content whilst driving technical capability across the organisation.</p><h3>The role</h3><ul><li>Designing and delivering technical training across systems, platforms and digital tools</li><li>Creating role‑based onboarding and technical upskilling programmes</li><li>Developing technical training materials, guides and digital learning content</li><li>Supporting system implementations and digital change projects through effective user training</li><li>Delivering engaging classroom, virtual and one‑to‑one training sessions</li><li>Measuring training effectiveness and continuously improving learning programmes</li><li>Leading and supporting Learning & Development trainers within the team</li></ul><h3>The person</h3><ul><li>Highly organised and self‑motivated with a passion for developing others</li><li>Hands‑on experience within telecommunications, networking, VoIP, IT support or a related technical environment</li><li>Confident explaining technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical knowledge</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Strong problem‑solving ability with a proactive and positive approach</li><li>Experience creating technical documentation, guides or knowledge‑based content</li><li>Looking for training, development and long‑term career progression</li></ul><p>We are an equal opportunities company and welcome applications from all suitable candidates.</p></div>
