Offer description

We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Customer Service and Warehousing professional join our clients team. This unique role combines responsibilities from customer service, warehousing, and some sales enquiry responsibilities, requiring a candidate who is adept at managing customer interactions, overseeing warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about products and services, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records and account information.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality.
Warehousing:

Oversee receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking of physical inventory in the warehouse.
Ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately, and prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, and packing boxes.
Maintain inventory control and ensure proper stock levels.
Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, warehousing.
Forklift license
Proficiency with software.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lift or move heavy products and operate warehouse equipment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM software.
Benefits:

Salary £26k
Pension
21 days holiday going up 1 day per year worked to a maximum of 26 days holiday
