Day Services Admin Assistant — Temporary Role, ~22.5 hrs/week (approx. 3 days per week) Location: South Yorkshire (Ofsted‑rated further education college) Pay Rate: Competitive (PAYE) About the Role We are working with an Ofsted‑rated further education college in South Yorkshire which is looking to recruit a Day Services Administrator on a temporary basis. The role supports learners with additional needs and liaises closely with staff, learners, families, and external employers. As part of the day‑services team, you will: Maintain accurate learner audit records and profiles Prepare reports and update the college’s learner database Schedule and book lifelong‑learning assessments in line with manager availability Act as a point of contact for learners and their families Liaise with employers regarding work placements and monitor learners while on placement Conduct welfare checks and provide basic pastoral/admin support Hours: 22.5 hours per week — 08 : 30–16 : 30.
