Key Responsibilities
* Create memorable experiences for customers through authentic service.
* Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
* Engage with customers, educate them about products, and build rapport.
* Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
* Manage cash and follow policies for security, safety, and stock accuracy.
* Promote customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and capturing customer data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.

* Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
