Expleo are recruiting for an Automotive Software Fleet Engineer, supporting our client, a Global Automotive OEM, based in Lancashire on a contact basis.
Responsibilities of the Software Engineer include:
• Updating current development fleet of commercial vehicles with new software and hardware
• Testing of software
• Identify root cause indulging software
• Support the Vehicle Test Team
Background and skills required for the Software Engineer position:
• Good understanding of using OEM Diagnostic tools
• Ability to use vector CAN tools including CANoe, CANape
• Experience of identifying root cause in software
• Good communications skills for status reporting
• Good Microsoft packages skills
• Full UK Driving License
