Job Description We’re working with a well-established pub and hospitality group that is looking for a Commercial Analyst to join its Operational Administration team. It’s a varied and involved role that sits right at the centre of the day to day running of the business. You will be working closely with a close-knit team across operations, estates and commercial to help keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes. Processing Weekly Management Returns, tracking banking’s & managing operator contracts on the operator portal and tracking pub expenses. Whew, safe to say those tasks are gonna dominate the top of your to-do list. Go on then, here’s some more responsibilities: Take ownership of supplier account admin & invoice processing, covering everything from utilities to licensing bodies. Maintain and order bank books, approve TV licensing invoices and manage PRS and PPL accounts. Submit licensing documents Handle public complaints Manage room bookings for the business’s hotel sites. Alongside this, you will support the Commercial Manager on a range of projects and step in to cover the Estates Administrator when required. You’ll involved in every corner of the business and trusted to get things done. Sooooo, yep. You aren’t gonna be short of things to do in this role. To thrive here, you’ll need to be confident with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams. We’re looking for a personable candidate (who isn’t afraid to socialise) and is ready to build strong working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and licensees.
