Introduction: Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking Seasonal Associates who will be working in our America's Service Center. This Toshiba facility performs repairs on customer-owned equipment in a fast-paced environment requiring the highest possible levels of quality and consistency. The seasonal duration is 3 months and pay rate is $13.50/hr. Job Responsibilities: Pick and Prep – Pull inventory associated with orders, validate items against orders for accuracy. Shipping – Validate, create labels, pack and ship orders to customers and technicians Quality Assurance area. Inspect complete transactions to validate order accuracy and ship information. Receiving – Unload, inspect, count, relabel, receipt, put away. Repair – Unpack, assemble, power on, test, repair, update software and configure devices. Other areas and task as required – box assembly, inventory counts, re-packaging Requirements: Be able to work from Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:45PM with potential overtime from 3:46PM to 6:30PM. Be able to lift up to 35 pounds repetitively. Be able to stand on your feet for periods of up to 8 hours per day. Be able to use handheld power tools and household cleaning products. Keep your responsible work areas neat, clean and safe. Must be 18 years or older. NOTE: This is a contractor position. Candidates will be a W-2 employee with one of Toshiba's preferred vendors.
