These roles are ideal for candidates who are happy tomit to a long-term assignment and be a valued part of the schoolmunity.Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide in-class support to teachers and pupils across a range of year groups
2. Assist with lesson delivery, group work, and one-to-one support
3. Offer tailored support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND
4. Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
5. Build strong relationships with staff and students, contributing to the wider schoolmunity
About You
6. Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
7. A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
8. Goodmunication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
9. Willingness tomit to a long-term role (part-time or full-time)
10. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential.
