We are looking for an Architectural Technician / Designer to join our Group Design team based in our Carlisle office. This exciting role will involve designing, coordinating, and producing the group standard house type range of technical construction drawings, with associated construction specification and standard details.
Responsibilities
* Design, coordinate and produce the group standard house type range of technical construction drawings, construction specifications and standard details.
Qualifications
* Minimum HNC in construction/architectural technology.
* Working knowledge of the housebuilding industry.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Graduate level or more senior role encouraged.
