Job Description
3. Log and process samples accurately using internal systems andthird‑party lab portals.
4. Prepare, package, label, and dispatch samples to labs, customers, and couriers.
5. Book couriers and ensure all shipment documentation is correct.
6. Track dispatched samples and resolve delays or discrepancies.
7. Maintain organised records of sample logs, dispatches, and results.
8. Support ad hoc sample dispatch requests when required.
9. Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
10. Communicate effectively with internal teams, laboratories, couriers, and customers.
11. Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Logistics Co-ordinator should have:
12. Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
13. Strong organisational and time management skills.
14. Proficiency in standard office software and data entry systems.
15. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and documentation.
16. Effective communication skills to liaise with different teams.
