Overview
As a Sales Associate in the Infrastructure, Energy & Materials (IE&M) team, you will join one of Dassault Systèmes’ premier strategic accounts in the IE&M Industry for Customer Solutions Experience (CSE). This involves working with a key nuclear client, a strategic partner for Dassault Systèmes, operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, provides virtual universes to enable sustainable innovations. Its platform leverages leading 3D software to transform product design, production, and support, empowering businesses to evaluate and test experiences throughout the product lifecycle.
Location and Duration
Location: Warwick
Start date: Full Time from 1st September 2025
Duration: Permanent, with an initial 12-month period aligned with our Graduate Program
Program Details
The initial 12 months will provide collaborative project experience across various industries, supporting your professional growth and integration into our team.
Responsibilities
* Develop understanding of Dassault Systèmes’ history, ethos, and strategy, including the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and related solutions.
* Support sales initiatives by working closely with Client Solutions Executives to craft compelling value propositions based on our platform.
* Collaborate with a team of Sales Specialists to meet revenue goals.
* Assist in executing the IE&M strategy within EURONORTH.
* Support the Sales Director in market opportunity assessment and strategy refinement.
* Help mature opportunities within nuclear and renewables ecosystems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Science fields, with up to 18 months of experience.
* Passion for Sales and Business Development, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in an agile, diverse, and matrixed environment.
* Target-driven, resilient, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
