Cover Supervisor Flexible Opportunities Available
Location: Secondary Schools in Solihull
Pay Rate: £90 £120 per day (dependent on experience)
Are you seeking a flexible role within education? If you have classroom experience and the confidence to lead a class, we want to hear from you.
We are currently recruiting skilled and dependable Cover Supervisors to support local secondary schools on a flexible, short-term, and long-term basis.
Responsibilities
* Manage classrooms during teacher absences
* Deliver pre-set work and ensure lesson objectives are met
* Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
* Record attendance and report any concerns
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months experience working with children in an educational setting
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Confidence in leading a class independently
* A working knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
* A flexible and adaptable approach to covering various subjects
* Availability during standard school hours (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
