About The Role
Kier are looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join their Residential Solutions Team based in London.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Customer Liaison Officer, you'll be working within the Residential Solutions Team, supporting them in the delivery of various planned programmes across Client property portfolio, ensuring residents and customers receive a high standard of Customer Care
Your day to day will include:
1. Facilitating the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the Kier team
2. Implementing the community engagement programme through various events and activities to raise community awareness of the works and the benefits available to them
3. Contacting residents regarding planned project works, arranging works and survey appointments and keeping residents informed of progress.
4. Carrying out resident profiling surveys to establish each residents' support requirements, vulnerabilities and availability.
5. Conducting pre-works home visits to explain the works programme and how the customer can facilitate smooth delivery and access.
6. Helping the customer prepare for works by assisting them with the moving and storage of possessions to facilitate clear access prior to delivery.

This role of Customer Liaison Officer is great for you if:
7. Experience working with Housing repairs provider, within either the public or private sector, delivering first class customer service.
8. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
9. The ability to respond to changing priorities in order to meet deadlines
10. IT literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.
11. Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
12. Full UK Drivers Licence
