We’re looking for two EMEA Category Planners to join our growing Supply Chain team, supporting the Home & Personal Care (HPC) division across the EMEA region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced planners who thrive in production/manufacturing environments, particularly those managing long lead-time supply chains. You’ll play a key role in translating demand into actionable supply plans, ensuring excellent product availability while optimising inventory and working capital.

The Role
As an EMEA Category Planner, you will own the end-to-end supply planning process for your category, ensuring alignment between demand, procurement, and supply execution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Translating business forecasts into effective procurement and supply plans, working closely with demand and commercial teams
* Managing long lead-time supply planning within a production/manufacturing environment
* Leading new product launches and lifecycle planning, ensuring smooth phase-in/phase-out (PIPO)
* Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, including coordination with Far East partners
* Owning the full purchase order lifecycle, from creation through to delivery
* Building and managing replenishment plans across multiple locations
* Monitoring inventory to balance service levels (target 95%+) with working capital optimisation
* Maintaining accurate master data and cost inputs within SAP
* Tracking and improving key KPIs including OTIF, stock cover, supplier performance, and order fill rate
* Contributing to and supporting the wider S&OP process
About You
We are looking for experienced supply chain professional who combines strong planning capability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
We’re particularly looking for:
* Proven experience in supply planning within a production or manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of long lead-time supply chains
* Experience working with international suppliers, ideally including the Far East
* Solid systems knowledge – SAP experience is essential, with S/4HANA (S4) highly desirable
* Highly experienced with MS Excel
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Experience balancing service, cost, and inventory performance
* Confident stakeholder management skills, able to work cross-functionally and across regions
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Experience within consumer goods and exposure to tools such as SAP IBP would be advantageous, alongside a relevant degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
