Schedule: Days & Nights (rotational shift basis including weekends)
Hourly Rate: £22.00 - £24.00
We seek a Registered Nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) available for both day and night shifts. You will use your clinical expertise to ensure residents' health and wellbeing, working closely with the Care Home Manager and staff to provide person-centered care. The role demands excellent clinical skills and a passion for enhancing residents' lives.
The Role
* Support residents' care, protection, and wellbeing with respect and dignity, promoting independence.
* Deliver quality, evidence-based nursing care.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; administer medications; assist with NHS and GP visits.
* Support staff, assist during mealtimes, and act as Shift Leader when required.
* Maintain accurate records, liaise with medical staff, conduct assessments, and support palliative care.
* Manage nursing equipment, conduct training, ensure health and safety compliance.
* Pursue professional development, adhere to quality standards, attend mandatory training, and perform audits.
Located at Deveron Way Care Home in Huntly, a town known for its rich medieval history and Huntly Castle.
