We are working on behalf of our client to recruit an Administrator to join their Oakington Office, near Cambridge. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing efficient and effective administrative support across the business. The role involves delivering professional support services to the office’s professional teams, as well as contributing to the wider business. The successful candidate will be expected to work in line with the client’s values, objectives, and established procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Managing Outlook calendars for Directors and Team Leads * Arranging meetings, issuing agendas, taking minutes, and managing follow-up actions * Coordinating travel and accommodation and liaising with clients regarding site access where required * Assisting with telephone and email enquiries for the Cambridge office * Providing reception cover and managing conference room bookings and preparation * Setting up new projects and archiving project information upon completion * Ensuring purchase orders are entered into the MIS and invoices are correctly attached * Processing and circulating reports in line with internal standards * Supporting the preparation of fee quotes and updating the CRM system * Assisting with bid preparation and submissions for new work * Supporting the preparation of specifications, certificates, and contract instructions * Assisting in the production of tender analysis documentation * Liaising with Team Leads to prepare and issue client invoices * Producing monthly financial reports for Team Leads * Inputting contractor timesheets on the management system * Supporting marketing activities, including project profiles and CV preparation Essential Skills, Experience, and Attributes: * Previous administration experience * Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications * Strong Excel skills, including a clear understanding of formulas Benefits include: * Opportunities for flexible and remote working * Holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays with long service recognition and festive shutdown. * Opportunities for personal and professional growth in a supportive environment including in-house coaching and mentoring and professional membership support * Competitive Company Pension Scheme, health cash plan scheme. * Professional membership support * Great office team building events and fully expensed seasonal social events. * On-site parking facilities and a cycle to work Scheme. * Death in service benefit and other Health & Mental Wellness Programs. * Early Finish incentives and additional leave allocated for volunteering (up to 2 days)
