We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and integration of the Infor CloudSuite ERP solution across our enterprise. This is a pivotal role in our ERP transformation programme, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with both business objectives and IT strategy.
You will play a key role in the UK rollout, working closely with our third-party implementation partner, and will subsequently support the international rollout across other countries. Post-implementation, the role transitions into operational ownership of the ERP platform, overseeing release management, change requests, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for ERP, ensuring alignment with programme and IT strategy.
* Design scalable, secure and integrated technical solutions for Infor CloudSuite ERP.
* Define architectural principles and technical standards for development, integration, configuration, and customisation.
* Guide technical delivery teams in the implementation of solutions including CRIM objects, user security, and data models.
* Provide leadership in managing application environments, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory frameworks.
* Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues across development, integration, and administration.
* Review and approve solution designs, code quality, and configuration standards.
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
* Support country-specific rollout teams and ensure architectural consistency across geographies.
* Manage post-go-live operations including release planning, change request handling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile
* Proven experience in a relevant role in a mid-scale ERP implementation programme.
* Hands-on experience defining and configuring enterprise ERP solutions, preferably Infor CloudSuite.
* Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, customisation, and application lifecycle management.
* Experience working with business analysts, SMEs, and vendors to devise solutions that support business processes and reporting.
* Expertise in system administration, user security, and access control in complex technical environments.
* Experience operating and monitoring application environments and development tools.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance, system security, and data protection practices relevant to ERP implementations.
* Certifications in architecture or technical fields (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, vendor-specific ERP certifications).
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Experience providing technical training and mentorship.
* Awareness of industry-specific IT standards and practices.
* Experience with Infor OS and related middleware technologies.
* Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools.
* Experience in multi-country ERP rollouts and localisation challenges.
* Understanding of ITIL-based service management and ERP support models.
