As Depot Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a busy operation, ensuring the depot runs smoothly and customer satisfaction remains second to none.
So what does the role look like?
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy depot, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions
* Driving sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets, while building strong relationships with customers
* Managing and motivating a team, including recruitment, training, and ensuring health & safety compliance
* ️ Overseeing fleet management, including maintenance and workshop operations
* Implementing best practices to enhance service delivery and operational performance
So do you have what it takes?
* Significant experience in commercial vehicle rentals, with a proven background in sales and operations
* A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a motivated mindset
* Exceptional customer service skills—customer satisfaction is at the core of what you do
* ️ Excellent communication skills, able to liaise at all levels of the business
* Experience in staff management, training, and a solid understanding of health & safety regulations
* IT literate, with proficiency in industry-relevant software and tools
Here’s the package breakdown for you...
* Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm (with a one-hour lunch break)
* ️ Every third Saturday, 8am–12pm
