People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire .
This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, regular ongoing work, and the chance to join a supportive, growing team.
Shifts: • Monday to Friday – 06:00 starts
Pay Rate: • £12.21 per hour
Benefits: • Weekly pay • Free on-site parking • Consistent, regular work • 8 to 10 hour shifts • Immediate starts available • Supportive working environment
Day-to-Day Duties: • Complete 30–40 deliveries per shift • Deliver office supplies to customers, with some handball required • Operate safely and efficiently, using a PDA for all deliveries • Load and unload goods as required • Maintain good customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
Essential Skills: • Minimum of six months' commercial van driving experience • Valid UK Category B Driving Licence • No more than six penalty points for minor offences • Good knowledge of the UK road network • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Desirable Experience: • Good communication and customer service skills • Previous experience in multi-drop delivery roles
Training Provided: • Full training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
