Job Description:
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an HR Generalist to provide key local HR support for our production site in Campsie, supporting Operational Managers on all aspects of their people strategy. You will be a key member of the HR team supporting large-scale manufacturing operations in Ireland. The role involves monitoring and providing headcount data across the site to meet business demand and ensure compliance.
1. Responsibilities:
o Utilize HR and other business systems to build and report on employee-based KPIs, enabling fact-based decision-making.
o Monitor all HR data for accuracy and quality.
o Support the HR team in providing advice, guidance, and support to management and staff in line with company policy and employment legislation.
o Assist with HR systems integration and change management initiatives.
o Support managers in staff management and achieving objectives.
o Drive HR-related business initiatives and improvements.
o Identify and evaluate development needs within the business.
o Help develop departmental development plans.
o Assist with HR procedures, compliance, and recruitment activities.
o Provide data to payroll for correct monthly payroll administration.
o Perform general HR administration and maintain personnel records.
2. Qualifications:
o At least 3 years of experience in an HR-related role with employee relations experience.
o HR or relevant degree is advantageous.
o Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, HCM, and ORC is advantageous.
o Proficiency in IT, HR databases, and MS Office.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Physical & Environmental Demands:
o Presence on a manufacturing site, requiring PPE and adherence to EHS policies.
4. Travel: 10% to other sites in Ireland (Burnfoot or Letterkenny).
