Project Manager –Leadership Development Consulting - UK, Remote
Full right to work in UK required. 6 month fixed term contract initially. Occasional travel to London.
Possibl Search is hiring on behalf of an ambitious, high performing leadership and talent development consultancy who are recruiting a Project Manager for 6 months on a fixed term contract to lead the delivery of high-impact learning & development programmes for global clients.
As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex, multi-phase programmes ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards. Working closely with a Client Director, you’ll coordinate stakeholders, manage programme finances, mitigate risks, and ensure facilitators and partners are set up to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
What you’ll do:
* Lead the planning and delivery of large, complex L&D/leadership programmes
* Manage budgets, resources, and client reporting
* Identify and mitigate programme risks
* Act as the key operational contact for clients and partners
* Coordinate with facilitators and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing complex programmes in L&D, leadership consulting, or professional services
* Is highly organised and proactive, with strong stakeholder management skills
* Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
