Role Description
PureCyber is on a scaling journey after the £5 million investment less than two years ago from BGF and is now increasing the size and calibre of its go-to-market operations.
We are looking for a Content Manager to own and lead customer and sales content. We have an opportunity to educate our customers within our ideal client profile with deep expertise on previous customer successes and examples. This role will own the customer and partner narrative, translating deep technical expertise into commercially compelling stories that close deals.
This role is open to full-time, part-time, freelance, and contract arrangements.
Key Responsibilties
* Deliver a complete suite of sales enablement assets for the top 3 industry sectors for both direct and channel partners.
* Build "white-label" marketing packs that our MSP partners can rebrand and send to their own client lists.
* Rewrite our sector-specific one-pagers and website pages to focus on commercial benefits as well as technical features.
* Convert those insights into published, outcome-driven case studies that demonstrate measurable value to prospective buyers.
* Interview members of the technical team to translate complex technical data into a readable "Insight Report" that works as a high-value hook to prospective buyers.
* Audit the Channel Partner enablement presentation
* Review the partner and prospect proposals and quotes to ensure they align with the presentation

Person Specification
Essential
* 5+ years of B2B sales content copywriting: proven experience in creating customer case studies, 1one pagers, customer presentations, and website content.
* Experience engaging with customers directly for content creation: interviewed customers to create case studies and customer-facing content.
* Content tooling experience: working with HubSpot, LLMs to assist with copywriting, PowerPoint, and basic design tools like Adobe/Canva.
* Meticulous attention to detail on written copy
Desirable
* IT Services / MSP / Cybersecurity industry experience: familiarity with the language of IT, MSPs, or Cybersecurity is highly desirable to reduce ramp-up time
