Based in Loughborough, our manufacturing facility handles everything in-house — from raw material processing to welding, fabrication, painting, and full assembly of bespoke acoustic units. Key Responsibilities
* Weld metal components to precise engineering specifications.
* Carry out a wide range of MIG welding tasks to a high standard using engineering drawings and jig arrangements.
* Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
* Produce welds that pass visual and NDE examinations.
* Read, understand and interpret weld symbols and technical drawings.
* Work in line with all SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) requirements, including fume control.
* Inspect finished parts for quality, adjust where necessary, and ensure all work meets our exacting ISO-certified standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in welding or fabrication.
* Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metalworking processes.
* Proficient in MIG and stick welding techniques.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and measurements.
* Confident using a wide range of fabrication tools and equipment.
* Ability to accurately measure and calculate dimensions.
* Experience with 2G Flat / 3G Vertical / 4F Overhead welding is essential.
