An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled pharmacist to make a real difference within a forward-thinking GP setting.
About the Position:
* Part-Time/Full-Time, flexible role available
* Independent Prescriber & CPPE Pharmacist
* £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
* Primary care Pharmacist role available on-site
* Independent Prescriber qualification is essential for this role
* Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
* Engage in risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
* Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working
* Flexible start available
About the Practice:
* Recently refurbished, well-established GP surgery near a beach
* Sole GP service provider in the area with 12,300 patients
* EMIS system used for clinical documentation and remote access
* Based near a National Park with scenic surroundings
* Friendly, experienced clinical team and approachable management
* Accessible location with relocation support available for eligible candidates
