What's involved?
A key member of the Supply Chain team, responsible for financial management, insights, and process improvements to drive business profitability and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as finance business partner and advisor to Supply Chain managers, ensuring financial and operational objectives are met.
* Prepare weekly/monthly operational accounts and KPIs, providing variance analysis and commentary.
* Support forecasting processes with accurate, timely data for decision-making.
* Educate the Supply Chain team on cost levers and financial impacts of decisions.
* Identify opportunities for performance improvements through data analysis and reporting.
* Analyze results against budgets and forecasts, highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
* Build relationships with non-finance managers, communicating financial concepts clearly.
* Conduct ad hoc investigations, reports, and financial propositions as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned by line management.

Location: Hull - Derrignham Street
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week
