We are seeking a capable, hands-on Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and support the business through its next phase of growth. You will take ownership of financial reporting, strategic planning, and decision-making, working closely with directors and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead the full finance cycle, overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure strong financial control and best practice.
·Prepare and present full management accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A.
·Partner with the senior leadership team to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
·Monitor and control costs, highlighting trends, risks, and variances.
·Develop, maintain, and improve financial reporting dashboards.
The Candidate:
·Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
·Proven experience establishing and implementing financial processes and controls.
·Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
·Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
·Commercially focused, collaborative, and able to partner effectively with stakeholders across the business.
