Caddick Construction is a family-owned business renowned for quality, integrity, and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in the North West to work across Industrial, Logistics, Commercial and Residential projects in the Wirral and surrounding region.
What You’ll Do
* Working on a variety of projects reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager.
* The role will be a mix of office and site based work and will provide commercial support to the project teams on all projects for which they are responsible.
* Ensure that projects are administered effectively and that the business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor.
* Familiarity with JCT/NEC/forms of contract.
* Knowledge of current Construction Law.
* Experience in commercial management.
* Experience in procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle, certificates and accruals calculations.
* Good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.

* Good management skills.
* Ability to motivate self and colleagues to achieve high standards of compliance.
* Good operational planning and time management skills.
