* Negotiating deals and contracts
Required Qualifications
* Extensive experience working with talent in TV/broadcast and other areas
* Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch for new business
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Real passion for TV, podcasts, social media and radio
* Strong motivation to work in a fast‑moving, supportive but demanding environment
* Ability to attract top‑level talent
