We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager/Client Relations Executive to join our team. This position will work alongside the Head of Sales and will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of key accounts, growing and developing existing accounts and generating new business to maximise sales opportunities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with key customers, acquiring a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements and identifying new business opportunities.
* Proactively monitor customer engagement, sales and inventory trends through regular customer interactions, identifying any areas of reduced or lapsed spend, working directly with the customer to address and recover these, and providing ongoing feedback to internal stakeholders.
* Act as voice of the customer while assisting in developing, carrying out, and improving the Customer Experience through the entire journey.
* Liaise with the Customer Services team regarding orders, ensure these are processed correctly, and ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner, resolving any issues and problems faced.
* Meeting all customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
* Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members.
* Achieve sales targets set with selected customers, being proactive in the approach to win new business.
* Book and prepare face-to-face quarterly meetings for the Strategic Sales Team to attend with the client.
* Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Qualifications Include:
* Educational qualifications that demonstrate proficiency in English Language and Math
* Proven experience as a key account manager (business to business sales)
* Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
* E-literate and competent in PC systems to acquire, manipulate and disseminate information.
* Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SAP (or similar ERP product) experience a plus.
* Ability to multi- task, prioritise and manage time effectively and efficiently.
* Results driven whilst not losing sight of the business needs.

* Problem analysis and problem-solving.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Able to work accurately with detailed information and to ensure that practical tasks are effectively implemented
* Authorization to work indefinitely in the UK without restrictions or sponsorship.
