Job description:
We are recruiting for a Storeperson/ Branch Administrator to provide efficient, flexible and proactive support to the branch. This is a varied role and duties include, extensive administrative practices, coordination of the stock management and coordination of a team of engineers, while ensuring industry-leading service is delivered to Secureshield customers.
Main Responsibilities
* Handling incoming calls, emails and other communications, and scheduling inspections/appointments
* Following up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate, Answering general emails clients and suppliers
* Maintaining, and entering information into databases.
* Providing administrative support to operational business departments as required.
* Strong ability to prioritise workload and anticipate the needs of clients.
* Processing of goods received paperwork including checking in and allocating stock.
* You will support with the coordination of a team of engineers in a set geographical location, ensuring brilliant, industry-leading service is delivered to Secureshield customers and that service level agreements are met.Using brilliant attention to detail, you'll also update the system with customer information, log all work orders onto their database and manage the maintenance service sheets sent out to customers.
* In this busy, hands-on role, you'll act as a point of contact for all customers, responding to enquiries via email and telephone in a timely, effective and friendly manner and delivering the highest levels of customer service.
* Manual handling of deliveries into the office and stock control
* Receiving and inspection of deliveries for discrepancy or damage against delivery notes
* To ensure the stock bought is recorded on the system, all invoices are obtained, and stock is onsite or allocated to the correct jobs
Personal Profile
* Strong ability to work autonomously while managing a substantial number of conflicting priorities while maintaining high standards of outputs at all times.
* Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to manage, organise and control your workload against competing deadlines within a demanding and ever-changing environment.
* Excellent verbal and listening skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Experience using Microsoft office packages.
* Previous experience within a customer/client service focused role (preferred)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with good attention to detail
* Strong ability to prioritise workload and anticipate the needs of clients
* Physical fitness is beneficial, as the job involves a lot of movement and physical labour throughout the day.
