We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Housing Management Support Worker to join our team and help provide intensive housing management for customers in Temporary Accommodation Key Responsibilities: · Case Management: Support a caseload of customers, ensuring their housing needs are met. · Assessment & Support: Assess customer needs and risks, offering referrals and signposting for additional services. · Property Safety: Ensure properties are safe and suitable for customers. · Agreement Understanding: Help customers understand and adhere to tenancy and licence agreements. · Collaboration: Work with services like Adult Social Care, Mental Health, Substance Use Support, and Housing Teams. · Complaint Resolution: Address breaches of license, property damage, or anti-social behaviour through appropriate actions like issuing warnings or notices · Income Collection: Assist with income collection and work with housing benefit teams and council departments.
