Adult Learning Delivery Manager — Join Us in Shaping the Future of Adult Learning in Dudley. Dudley Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced Adult Learning Delivery Manager to lead the operational delivery of our Adult and Community Learning service. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving service improvement, managing a skilled team, and ensuring high-quality provision that meets the needs of our residents. You will lead on Ofsted inspections, oversee budgets, and work closely with partners and stakeholders to deliver innovative, inclusive, and impactful learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Lead the operational delivery of the Adult and Community Learning service.
* Drive service improvement and manage a skilled team to ensure high-quality provision.
* Lead on Ofsted inspections and oversee budgets and performance targets.
* Work with partners and stakeholders to deliver innovative, inclusive, and impactful learning opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in adult education
* A strong understanding of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework
* Ability to manage budgets and performance targets
* A commitment to equality, diversity, and continuous improvement
