Essential criteria
1. Educated to Degree level
2. Qualified adult nurse with NMC registration
Desirable criteria
3. Post graduate qualification in genetic counselling/colorectal cancer
4. Advanced communication course
Knowledge and experience
Essential criteria
5. Significant post qualification experience with GI nursing experience
6. Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team
Desirable criteria
7. Experience in teaching and supporting staff
8. Experience of working with patients with inherited disorders
Skills, abilities and attributes

9. Excellent interpersonal skills and flexible working practice
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
