Professional Carer
Full or part-time

We work closely with each client, their families, and wider professionals to build care that is consistent, thoughtful, and genuinely person‑centred. For us, it’s about getting the detail right and making a meaningful difference, every day.
Duties include:
* Supporting with personal care and daily routines
* Assisting with medication
* Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
* Helping with shopping and household tasks
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Supporting clients to access the community and maintain independence
What we are looking for
* Domiciliary carers on a full or part-time basis, able to support on alternate weekends.
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* A Full UK driving licence
* Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care
Experience is desired for this role, however if you have a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care we'd love to hear from you.
