Role Summary
We are delighted to offer a role for an outbound Telesales person to work on a flexible basis. For the right candidate we will work around your working availability across the week. Note that we are looking for candidates specifically with Recruitment experience. Full training & support will be given within a supportive environment.
As part of our great team, you will be responsible for the following:
* Work with a large database of client contacts to gather names, email addresses and expand our points of contacts
* Speak with key decision makers
* Fact find good quality information with each call
* Input data onto Excel spreadsheets
* Email information to new contacts
* Maintain rigorous follow-up with all communications
Ideal Candidate
* Must be experienced within recruitment
* Proven track record of success in the field of Telesales
* Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
* Energetic & self-motivated
* Excellent IT skills inc Excel & Outlook
