Job Title: Stock Control Supervisor
Location: South Kirkby Site
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Stock Control Supervisor to join our team at our South Kirkby site. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our stock control processes and the effective use of our new in-house stock management system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of our new in-house stock system, gaining a full understanding of its functionality.
* Ensure accurate and timely data input to maintain stock integrity, ordering accuracy, and efficient replenishment.
* Train and educate all staff members on the use of the system, ensuring consistent company-wide adoption and understanding.
* Oversee stock control operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide leadership and direction to team members, ensuring high performance and adherence to processes.
* Monitor and resolve any stock discrepancies quickly and effectively.

* Proven experience in stock control, warehouse, or supply chain supervision.
* Strong man-management and leadership skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to quickly learn and master new systems.
* Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to teach and support colleagues effectively.
