Test Manager
Location: Based in London/Manchester/Suffolk/Bristol on a hybrid basis.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000k dependant on experience, plus benefits.
Benefits include:
* Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
* Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
* Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.

About the Role
As the Test Manager, you will lead the end-to-end testing strategy across enterprise IT systems and digital platforms supporting the Sizewell C programme. You’ll work closely with delivery partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure systems meet the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.
About You
* Proven experience as an Test Manager on large-scale, complex programmes
* Strong knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Waterfall)
* Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, document management, asset systems, etc.)
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
* Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., energy, utilities, infrastructure)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
