IT Test Manager - Gloucestershire - £50,000 - £57,000 - Hybrid working
We're looking for an IT Test Manager to lead test strategy and manage the full testing lifecycle across a range of ICT projects. You'll be joining a fairly immature environment and working across internal projects to scop the test processes, plans and strategies for newly implemented systems within the organisation.

What you'll do as the IT Test Manager:
Own test planning, strategy and standards
Lead system, integration, UAT and security testing
Manage testers and SMEs across multiple projects
Oversee environments, scenarios and documentation
Report on progress, defects, risks and go/no‑go decisions
Work closely with developers, BAs, PMs and stakeholders
What you'll bring as the IT Test Manager:
Strong experience across software testing and QA
Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Prince2
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail or HP ALM
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Leadership/mentoring experience
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
