You will take great pride in your working, taking complete ownership of your customers and completing jobs to the very highest standard. You do not need to have main dealer experience. You will be placed on a learner journey with JLR of which will be fully supported and funded by Hatfields. Your salary will increase as you complete each learner journey. Your main duties whilst not exhaustive will be: Service, repair, include EV repairs, diagnosis, undertaking software updates to also include preparing new and used cars for sale.
