A bit about the job: Within the role you will work alongside 12 workstreams to identify synergy opportunities, support their execution plan, and track through to realisation. This role requires strategic financial planning and operational efficiency to ensure financial objectives are met while supporting broader corporate goals. You will provide robust financial frameworks to maximise value from the transaction and support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights during the integration.
