Overview
Inspire is recruiting for a Physical Wellbeing Coordinator to lead and shape delivery under the Right Support, Right Time (RSRT) project, a cross-community programme funded by PEACEPLUS and managed by SEUPB. This is a hands-on role combining coaching, leadership, community partnership, and operational delivery.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee the work of Physical Wellbeing Coaches
* Ensure physical activity and healthy lifestyle initiatives are meaningful, person-centred, and impactful
* Support service users directly, helping them explore interests, set achievable goals, and build healthy routines
What We’re Looking For
* A Level 3 (or equivalent) fitness/physical activity qualification
* Experience leading or supervising others in a health, coaching, or wellbeing setting
* An inclusive, values-based approach to working with people
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Confidence working across services and with external partners
