Hub Box is looking for a Head Chef to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer.
As a Head Chef:
* Lead the kitchen ensuring what is served is consistently cooked to spec & our standards are never compromised
* Lead, manage, coach, mentor & champion our standards & culture
* Recruit & select kitchen team members
* Ensure strict compliance with food safety & health & safety regulations
* Develop & grow your team's knowledge, experience & expertise
* Manage orders, stock takes & GP's
* Craft the rotas to ensure the right people are in the kitchen at the right time
