Salary: £35-45,000
A leading, design-focused architectural practice is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team in Hertfordshire. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects across a wide range of sectors, with a strong emphasis on quality, creativity, and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
* Producing detailed technical drawings and documentation to high standards
* Collaborating with architects, designers, and external consultants
* Leading technical coordination across multiple disciplines
* Ensuring compliance with planning, building regulations, and health & safety requirements
* Supporting project delivery at all stages, including site coordination and problem-solving
* Mentoring junior staff and contributing to best practice within the technical team
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technician within an architectural or design-led environment
* A degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
* Excellent proficiency in Revit
* Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
