About the Role
As Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team leadership. You will create a positive environment for residents, families, and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all operational aspects of the home
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
* Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team
* Manage budgets and drive occupancy levels
* Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care
About You
* Previous experience as a Home Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
* Proven track record with CQC inspections
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Passionate about delivering outstanding elderly and nursing care
