Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our HR team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle and oversee all onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new starters.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, from advertising vacancies to supporting managers with interviews and liaising with agencies.
* Oversee all onboarding tasks, including issuing contracts, updating HR systems, and ensuring new starters have the support and documentation they need.
* Maintain accurate records and produce management data to support business decisions.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues and regional operations to understand recruitment needs and deliver solutions.
* Ensure compliance with HR processes and provide stakeholders with the tools and support required.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR role, ideally within a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Pay Range
* Competitive salary up to £32,000 per annum.

Location & Work Arrangement
This role requires the successful candidate to work on site for 4 days per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day per week.
