Administrative / Accounts Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Newark
Hours: Part-time (approx. 20–25 hours per week)
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative / Accounts Assistant to support our client based in Newark. This varied role combines general admin duties with basic accounts support.
Key Responsibilities
* General office administration (calls, emails, filing, scheduling)
* Processing invoices and maintaining financial records
* Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
* Bank reconciliations and basic credit control
* Supporting payroll and reporting as required
Requirements
* Previous admin or accounts experience
* Good IT skills, especially Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounts processes
Desirable
* Experience with Sage, Xero, or similar software
* AAT qualification or studying towards it
