We work together with stores, store operations, digital growth, product and design teams to keep things running smoothly and sustainably. This four-year apprenticeship is your chance to dive into the world of Made to Measure and build a career that’s as unique as our products. You’ll get hands-on experience in fitting, sales, customer service, and leadership, all while earning nationally recognised qualifications. As a Future Retail Leader your journey starts with the basics, then grows into technical know-how and leadership skills – with the goal of stepping into a Regional Fitting Manager role. If you’re ready to learn, and make a real impact, this is the perfect place to start. What you'll be doing Rotate across key M2M teams in Year 1: Fitting, Sales Consultants, Store Teams, and B2B. Operate as a competent, experienced M2M Fitter from Year 2 onwards. Mentor and train new fitters in Year 3. Support regional fitting operations and training in Year 4. Complete Level 2 Customer Service and Level 3 Team Leader qualifications. Learn the full customer journey from consultation to installation. Develop product knowledge in blinds, curtains, and shutters. Deliver expert installations and exceptional customer service. Travel across assigned region (vehicle provided). What we'll look for in you Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Full UK driving licence. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
