Excellent rates of pay: £14.75 - £15.75 PLUS pension PLUS holiday pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of £17.03 - £18.18 per hour).

Guaranteed Income: Full-time minimum contracted hours (24 or 36 hrs).
12‑hour day or waking night shifts on a rota basis – 08:00‑20:00 or 20:00‑08:00.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Assistant to provide dedicated 2:1 support for a client in their own home. The role involves caring for an individual with a tracheostomy, ventilator support requirements, and a spinal condition including autonomic dysreflexia (AD). This role requires confidence in delivering high‑quality respiratory and clinical care while building a consistent, trusting relationship with the client and their family. You will be fully supported by our in‑house Registered Nurses and specialist training team, with client‑specific training and competency sign‑off provided.

* Personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks

Experience Required
* At least 3 months’ hands‑on care experience in a UK care setting or family support role
* Confidence working with complex and clinical needs (tracheostomy/vent experience preferred; training provided if not client‑specific)
* A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
